I run every election like the devil's at my heels and I recommend Joe Biden do the same. And just from a strategic standpoint, when it comes to the president and his campaign, he's indicated he may skip the New Hampshire primary. Is there any risk of embarrassment if Robert F Kennedy, for instance, goes there in campaigns and the president doesn't? Well, I'm all done enough to remember Eugene McCarthy embarrassing Lyndon Baines Johnson in New Hampshire in 1968.
