How to Negotiate a Higher Salary?

Three people i know who received pretty much closer the same salary. And even then, when going to a big college, and even when they're intertaning with these larger companies,. their offer for a total compensation was about a hundred 35 thousand dollars a year. So basically, by your course on negotiatingiaof making a course in thats ait's not alive yet. There's so much education around that that needs to happen.
