Nominating Elders in a Traditional Baptist Church

In a traditional baptist church, the most important thing to replace in your church is not the deacons with the elders. The nominating comitte will too often feel we need to have a member of this family on there and somebody from that constituency. And they won't think, spiritual minded leader, godly. So you're going to need some basic ground of pretty solid respect for the other people.
