Millionaire milton sharp and his partner attempted to rob the body do carson city, nevada stage coach. Their attempt went a fowl awry when one of their guns went astray and killed one of the horses. So instead of fleeing, he returned to the stageas where he still wanted to rob it. He was shot in the arm but managed to escape into some nearby trees before being taken away for treatment. The pair were then ambushed by an armed man named mike tovy who fired back at them killingsharp's partner.
