Newsom's Reaction to California's Comstock Act
Gavin Newsom is reviewing all of his relationships that the state has with Walgreens itself. He was reacting to a state like Kansas where it is legal to have this medicine abortion and the sort of vague promise that they wouldn't operate in Kansas. And he's making Walgreens a victim because Walgreens didn't want to say we're going to go into a big expensive legal fight which is going to hurt our stock, says John Avlon.
