Kapow is an acronym for Know your goals, articulate solutions, prioritize options, own your metrics and at the very end actually write that we can dive into any of those that you want to. So this is really kind of a playbook, kind of a framework or a process. I feel like we can apply to our everyday work to increase the impact, the business impact and also the benefit at the end of the day to the user if we use it in UX writing.
