The Challenge of Over Communication
There's a 75% turn around in athletes in each games year, which means you and your team have to constantly be open to change. And i guess you have talent that sort of comes and goes with each gams, right? Like, ok, i went through a gams. It's almost like it's a new tour of duty that you have to sign people up for. You know, there really is no such thing in this world as over communication. And so we just have to keep going back and saying, let's do it better."
