Achilles Tenonopathy - Is There Still a Role for Novel Stimulus?
I feel like the profession sometimes is going the other way where people want to get strain gauges and test strength all the time. I'm wondering if you have an Achilles tenonopathy, why not just dose your running appropriately? Figure you use the goal task. That's what we need to potentially move away from or at least qualify it a bit more. And one thing I, now we're talking away from exercise, but we still have to remember that like resistance type training to improve strength is one of the most effective ways to prevent injuries. So I think there's still a role for resistance type training also maybe for secondary prevention.
