What's Next for My Firm?

This year, 2022, the theme was obviously continued growth and a continued hardship around the hiring. Costs were going up. It was getting more difficult. Many of our peers even said no to revenue. I would say one of the strategies that we're looking at and actually working towards is building out the human resource capability. And staying focused on the revenue operations also.
