i want to hear about some of the opportunities that you've set yourself up for from advocating for yourself within your organization. I think the podcast is definitely one of them. It was an opportunity that you jumped at very similar to you taking a stand against a system or a or a proposed project that you didn't believe in. This is kind of the opposite of that, right? But, but where you're advocating for yourself, you're jumping at an opportunity rather than a youre disagreeingwith the process.
