Is There a Divergence in Profitable Companies?

The existing environmental rules in a lot of the countries where resources are primarily extracted from are only getting tighter as time goes by. So they can get ther cleaning up a lot of problems that we've had, particularly an things like the gold mining spacefor many, many decades. Now, inserting government into that at a time when they're trying to make political capital out of all this is going to potentially become extremely problematic for these companiesye. But i think one thing that has happened, and again, maybe this is a natural, inal reaction from the market that doesn't want to divestin in profitable companies.
