Agency recruiters often get more applicants by just blasting out that will actually follow. So i guess my question is, mass e maling verses looking through linked in profiles and sending a message to someone that probably has a higher chance of actinally being interested in that. I have had seen these situations or came across or heard from a mi, you know, my candidates, the hay, this company called me some non familiar name.
