How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome

People today often measure their self-worth on what they have done in their life. Believing that things you can't control are responsible for your achievements is a sign of imposter syndrome. You may suffer from something known as the imposter cycle, and this is another thing I struggle with. A lot of self-doubt and anxiety is caused by comparing yourself with other people. And I'm trying hard to stop it but it's difficult.
