What Happened While Were Away?
Last night, the biggest scandal since the last one unfolded as politico obtained a leaked draft version of a majority opinion in the dobs v jackson case. That case deals with the mississippi law banning baby killing after 15 weeks gestation. More on the scandal aspect of this a little later. In the meantime, that majority opinion was written by justice samuel alito. And not only does it uphold the Mississippi law, i can't believe i'm saying this, it also repeals ro v wade in absolutely no uncertain terms. We'll get to that with pop culture tuesday, coming up towards the end of the programme.
