i think the sleeping pills right now that we have, although there is time and place for those sleeping pills, unfortunately, they are pretty blunt instruments. They don't typically produce naturalistic sleep. What they do is simply sedate your quartex, knock your cortex out. And sedation isn't sleep. Yet, what happens? There must be some i'm curious for the people that do get like they wake up refreshed, or more so than they normally would be after taking some type of sleep mad. If anything, people will often complain of what we callun rative sleep.
