Is There a Discrimination Based on My Gender?

I feel like males are quite welcoming of females joining into the group. Personally, I have never encountered bad relationships or prejudice based on my gender. But personally, I still have kind of felt like I need to try more to prove myself to be like the professional. Maybe it's my prejudices, because I've also grown up with this like background and seeing less women around me. Luckily enough personally, no, no discrimination. But I have cases of friends and acquaintances who were not in nice situations. Yeah, so it exists. So yeah, the gap is still here.
