How to Transfer Money Online in Japan

I don't know how to transfer money online in Japan. Well, I mean, some banks don't even let you do it. This is why if you're a tourist, you got a lucky man. You have to deal with this stuff. There's just a lot of things that I took for granted, but I thought we're just little conveniences or just the way the world works in first world country. Thailand's like a second world country. It doesn't make any sense. Japanese banks suck. Please, please.
