Do You Have a Scope of Work Document?
It's also clarity. Usually I try to create a scope of work document before we start working because this helps you define and manage expectations. The way that I do it is quite personal. So I like to put in as much detail of what goes in the scope, what is not in scope. You know, things about expectations, what they can expect also about working style and things like this. It eventually ends up well now that you've told them what could be a solution that works, you could actually implement it for them or find something that can help them.
