When haya first came out my manager said, wild this is one of the first brilliant, ironic, meta examples of how music evolves. And he was explaining to me that basically you're watching a black guy being derivative of imean. He's saying that watching anjre three thousand the derivative of of a british act that was derivative of a blues act from the forties. That was mine. I started to get obsessed with how the levels, or the ripple effect of influence starts.
