Gloria Borger: Giuliani knows exactly what he's doing because he's just doing this kind of rewarmed culture war stuff as he gets ready for his Senate campaign. Sachi, someone explained that Art of auction magazine at the time, quote, creates his own reality. First he goes around and buys up enough young artist works to create his own movement. Then he holds an auction to test the market on those artworks,. donating the proceeds to charity to drive up the prices. And he made himself incredibly rich doing this. The full name of the exhibition is sensation, young British artists from the Sachi collection.
