Do You Have a Level of Self Trust?

Trust is based on our level of self trust. This means that the trust we extend to others reflects the trust that we have in ourselves. We need a level of 70 % trust where we have a pretty decent sense of self and feel relatively secure in us. As i said, it's not a hundred percent, because it doesn't need to be. But we trust ourselves enough to safely go out into the world and learn from our experiences.
