What a Common Mistake Are You Seeing People Make?
You've got to have the right intention when you're starting a business, whatever it is. People in our underestimate customer journey and treating them like they are king. If your product's amazing but you don't nurture your customer, they won't come back to you. I think brands really need to focus on that. You know, i think brands need te in 20 22, i think, i think it's coming back. But i think that connection with a customer and building up that loyalty and that even that word of mouth, kind of untangible connections that you're making can be very important.
