Creating a Culture of Psychological Safety in a Team

You cannot build a culture where e create out psychological safety. You've got to invite it very actively as a leader, or else you're not getetit. And someof the, some of the best feedback i've gotten in my career has been awkward feedback from people who are on my teams because they really see the blind spots. I'm so yet i feel like that's superimportant.
