It's interesting how these things come and go because I found recently I've had to be on stage so much in the last six months of traveling with women talking and make speeches. It's just that I just think I've done it so much that it exhausted me. In my case, not moving away from those triggers but actually doing more of the thing that I'm finding difficult has been key.
