The Importance of Embodiment in Life
I wonder too when we talk about embodiment, if people that have disabilities or limitations in their bodies or non-typical bodies, but also old age and sickness. Yeah. How can we continue that embodiment or welcome people who have difficulty with their bodies to go on this journey of embodiment? That's an interesting question. I mean, the first thing that came to me is that as I'm getting, I'm at that junction in late 50s, menopause, definitely aging. And so it is an invitation to continue to flow with the body and not fix the body as a thing that needs to look a certain way and behave. Not to have a mechanical identity with the body.
