Is There a Pathology to Inflation?
Inflation itself is making people believe that they are wealthier than they are. They will go out and borrow against those assets, right? That have been going up. This is fragilizing the economy so that when there is a shock, you get these these liquidation cascades. And the risk just it, it's a pathology. It's a socio economic pathology. Ah, and again, back to the reciprocal narrowing that's happening here. This is like the alcoholic drinking. We noe thi we understand those mechanisms of addiction biologically individually.
