When you left GitHub and started PlanetScale, what were the culture items that you took directly from GitHub and planted in PlanetScale day one? The cultural pieces were let's build the infrastructure that allows us to safely deploy and ship our application constantly. And then let's then really understand our users, understand what they need and build from there. If you have a three month development cycle, you not only better be good at software engineering, you better have a crystal ball because you better be right with that shot you've just called. That had so many downstream effects. It brought the whole company with us.
