How Does the Ocean Protocol Work?

The main way of thinking with this is a new emerging technique called federated learning and generally speaking how it works. In order to make this happen in unlocking data to unlock private data it needs to do this decentralized orchestration which is basically I think like a compute pipeline that you know grabs data and then cleans the data then drains the model and stores the model etc so step 8, 2, 3, 4, 5 but it oversees those steps in a decentralized substrate instead of having a single entity controlling them.
