The PAO2 is usually a little bit low, the patient's breathing hard. It just does not differentiate between all the different etiologies of respiratory failure. When you start thinking about like the tests to actually do an rapid response, it's really more like look at the patient, ultrasound and things like that. But Josh, I would say the Oscillator approach is more important than what you're saying.
