Don't Give Up, You Ruined It for Me

Some of you are discouraged in your spiritual formation. You're discouraged in the power that a sin or a habit or nediction has for you. I was sitting yesterday morning in my new house, facing forest park and it's my sabbath. We practise sabbath once a week. Power everything down, just relax into god's presence. And guessed what i was racked by anxiety, full of somejust real tension. Don't give up. Just keep sewing to the spirit. Sewing to the spirit, say no to your flesh, and in due season, you will reap a harvest. If you do not lose heart, let's stand together and pray. Thanks for listening
