Are You Ready to Go?

When i was a dean in london, when i came back to cincinnati as dean, what i learned from that experience was i need the why first. I jumped right into, let's build a strategy. And i mean, you need the strategic elements. But once we have that why situated the o how do we get there? The why is high enough, you realize there are lots of paths to that particular why. Now we can start to explore what makes the most sense in terms of the path that leverages our individual as well as our collective strengths, distinctions and constraints.
