The Relationship Between the Savior and the Pharisees in John 5
In John 5 verse 29, Jesus says they that have done good unto the resurrection of life and those that have done evil will be damnation. Christeos comes from Creason, which is distinction or cresis. This word literally means judgment or to make a distinction. And this in my opinion is exactly what's going on in section 76 of the Doctrine and Covenants. The rest of John chapter 5 is a little bit of a contention between the Savior and the Pharisees.
