I think we've talked a little bit about most of the indications. For palliative patients that are kind of on comfort care, it's sometimes just easier for them to have a catheter. The sooner we can get them up, the more benefit the patient has. Less tuberculosis, less time, you know, sacrode-cubitas. You know, mobilization is good. And so the other thing is to think of other alternatives to the indwelling catheter, right?
