Yusef's Sketches of the Egyptian Revolution

Yusef usip was arrested for making fun of the president's headware. He proved his credentials as an equal opportunity satirist by mocking army denials that they had removed egypt's first democratically elected president in a military coup. More than 50 complaints were filed against yusefh for crimes including spreading anarchy and undermining national security. Through a combination of legal and financial wrangling, the regime eventually wore him down. In his final appearance on egyptian television, yuseph announced publicly that political pressure had made it impossible for him to continue the show in its original critical spirit. And he left for the us.
