The Negative Bias of America

America's military budget is something like 10 times the military budget of Russia. We make most of our money on making weapons in America, particularly right now. So it's like we sell war here and that's a little different from most places. Self awareness is what distinguishes them. We are aware of our awareness. And so we could stop creating more. We just haven't.
