It only means finding out how the mechanisms of nature can be applied to men and their hostile attitudes will make them compel one another to submit to coercive laws. We may therefor or say that nature irresistibly wills that right should eventually gain the upper hand. Very interesting. I mean, this is going to be the ongoing problem with this, is we should have a federation.
