In terms of biomechanics, and one of the verticals that normally encompasses a sports science degree, is biomechanics the most scary for an S and C coach? Well, I mean, it depends on your background, but I'd say, yeah, I'd say yes. But he's a thing. And what would be an optimum solution to this movement problem? Then we start to being able to develop plans. It's just the most enjoyable part of sport sciences, if we just stick to sport today, is trying to understand a human from that level. So yeah, get into your biomechanics as much as you possibly can.
