i was also interested to see what else could be gleaned, science wise, from the orks of middle earth. So i turned to the book, the science of middle earth by henry gee, who is himself a long time editor of the science journal nature. And so beginning with the sixth chapter, he begins to discuss orks a bit. He spends a fair amount of time discussing some of what we've already discussed: where do we get the word ork? What does it mean? Its ties an mythology. But he also points out, ok, let's let's talk about how how they're made. And how they reproduce.
