The guy that went to jail for the fire festival is bringing it back and doing fire festival to. This time he's convinced it's going to go well. Nemo Momini was arrested in the killing of Bob Lee from San Francisco. We don't know why he killed him, but I'm sure we're going to find out soon enough.
