Do You Think China Will Face More Problems in Southeast Asia?

The Chinese have been pushing for a code of conduct and they have not made, I think, very much progress towards that end. And it seems to me they're going to face some new challenges. Indonesia has now decided to drill in the Natunas and that's one challenge they will face. But more broadly, I think that China is going to try to play to its strengths in Southeast Asia.
