How Do We Fix Labor Supply?

A big theme that keeps coming up in this discussion is how do we fix labor supply? I think another part of that kind of pivoting off what Carter was saying a bit ago, I wrote a lot about childcare problems during this pandemic. Downtown major urban areas in the United States have not really come back after the pandemic.
