The Importance of Being Neutral

I take a great deal of pride when I see hate comments of the form on my podcast. The last question that I ask people is what lines do you think I'd be on? And if they say I don't know, it's successful. That dialectic in an interview is very different to what you're trying to do when you have conversations with people in the street. You need to push back a little bit, but the pushback should be in the form of questions and the pushbacks should be in terms of whether or not.
