Do You Think Motions and Lemonade Disqualifies to Be a Judge?
Motions and lemony were embarrassing. These are motions made in the course of trial or pre trial motions that are dealing often with evidentiary issues. And you know, it does sort of say something about how much prep would this person do? Because this is a pretty big moment, right? I remember my boss was nominated in the Bush administration when I was a much younger lawyer. He just set aside about a month before his confirmation hearing to study everything. It's odd.
