The Indictment of Donald Trump for Election Fraud

The indictment says Trump conspired to do fraud United States by using knowingly false claims of election fraud. sharp notes that in order to prove this you'd have to show not only that Trump knew the claims he was making were false and made them anyway, but also that he knew the theory the legal theories presented to him were false about how it might be possible for Pence to block the count. The judge in this case is Tonya chutcon I'm not sure how to say that last name but this is somebody who has experienced with Trump.
