CNN's John Defterios sits down with former U.S. Minister of the Church Kevin MacDonald to talk about crimes against humanity committed by Catholics and Anglicans at Indian schools in Canada. "The only way that we've ever been able to get justice is by going outside their system," says McDonald, who has spent years campaigning for victims' rights. In 2008 he was instrumental in forcing Pope Benedict of office in a common court trial in Europe; his book Murder By Decree chronicles this work over 25 years.
