Mentorship Is a Superpower for the Boss
Mentorship is a thing that is available to you if you've been in the workforce for more than a minute and you're managing someone who's been in for basically a minute. Many times tasks take you 10 times as long as they will eventually take you when you learn the shortcuts of the industry but you don't have any of those shortcuts in your pocket. In terms of like an opportunity for really hard forward and caring boss to have a profound impact here mentorship can be such a development opportunity for someone who's just starting out.
