i work out and i sleep. I've a dogg ad a cat. A lot of people read the news and actually believe that life is purely about your status, your station, and how much you make. The bulk of human history indicates none of those things are actually that important. It's much more important what your relationships are like a how you feel about yourself,. what you live for, what you care about - less to do with society’s rewards and responses to you. And so i always feel like god, if i could just get people to read less news and more of almost anything else, it would be an improvement. Even movies are better at that than the news
