When you put different labels on an anxious thought, right, as not being the enemy, like, you know, it's equivalent to visualizing wanting to smash the anxious thought with a baseball bat. It is my version of quiet, whenwhen can't hear anything else but it. That's what it feels like to me. I think i would have had like a determination about me to resolve it medically. Because, even if it doesn't mean that you're going to get what you want, sometimes an answer feels like it's like fool's gold.
