I think that's where my point of tooling came in. Yes, and it did. It supported it. But the underpinnings of that are loose at best. And you have organizations that aren't are siloed in those initiatives to solve those problems and innovate rapidly. So what do you have? Cross functional discord, like you don't people don't know what other teams are doing. Do we even have the right questions to ask of our data? These are these are more soft skills that go with the data culture pieces here.
