How Long Will It Take to Get Right to Choose?
Go to your GP. If you've looked online, you'll see there's this rating scale ASRS,. Take it in with you and just say, look, I think I've got ADHD. There is a button there and I can talk about it in a minute. Most local services are up to about 36 months now. And sometimes it takes no, no, no on all the boxes. But guess what? ADHD is quite genetic. So often, there's families where this is just normal. It doesn't mean it's wrong. It just means it's normal. They might be struggling in that area but they're not going to get into trouble for it. Your mum or dad
